We support Navigo, a mobile app focused on competitive navigation, by maintaining and evolving its full platform — including a React Native app built with Expo, a Django-based backend, and a custom admin panel. The app allows users to participate in real-time navigation challenges, requiring stability, performance, and seamless coordination between frontend and backend systems.
When we joined the project, the system had accumulated technical debt and unresolved bugs, especially in the mobile app and infrastructure. Our role quickly expanded to include both hands-on development and deep system maintenance.
