Wellbeing Platform Ecosystem — UX, Architecture & Development

Overview
Flexity is a comprehensive wellbeing platform designed to bring health-focused content and live training sessions to employees through their companies. As a B2B startup, Flexity’s core model centered around organizations purchasing wellbeing plans, which employees could then access via a personalized portal. The platform supported both live (frontal and Zoom) training sessions and a wide array of self-guided content, including blogs, podcasts, and healthy recipes.

Multi-Platform Architecture
To support this ecosystem, we developed three interconnected platforms:

  1. User Platform:
    A clean and intuitive web app where employees could register for sessions, consume content, and track their wellbeing journey. User experience was tailored to make discovering and booking trainings simple, with support for personalized content and multi-format media.

  2. HR Management Portal:
    Built for internal HR teams, this dashboard enabled company admins to manage user access, track engagement, and gain insights into participation across their organization. It also allowed for plan customization, ensuring flexibility in the types of services offered to employees.

  3. Content Creator Platform:
    A dedicated environment for wellbeing professionals to upload content, manage their profile, and track usage statistics. The system included a monetization model, allowing creators to earn revenue based on user engagement and content performance.
